The 2nd Dimension Heinz Doofenshmirtz is the main antagonist of the 2011 animated TV film, Phineas and Ferb: Across the Second Dimension , and later the secondary antagonist of Tales from the Resistance: Back to the 2nd Dimension . He is the 2nd dimension counterpart of Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz , and happens to be more evil than him. He is the ruler of the 2nd Dimension Tri-State Area.
