Coco LaBouche is the main antagonist of 2000 animated film Rugrats in Paris: The Movie and her partner in crime is Jean-Claude.
She was voiced by Susan Sarandon, who also played Queen Narissa, Ballet Teacher, and FeMac in The Simpsons.
Coco LaBouche is Kira Watanabe's mean boss who runs the amusement park EuroReptar, a Japanese theme park in Paris. Her boss is offering her the job for president of the company, but only if she learns to love children, to which she lies about and says that she is engaged to a man with a child of his own. Angelica helps Coco into tricking Chuckie's father into marrying her. This sets the climax for the film.
The real reason she brought the Pickles and the gang to France is so that Stu could fix Robo Reptar. She plans to kidnap the babies because she hates children.
When Jean-Claude bursts into the church, he accidentally tells Coco that their kidnapping plot had failed. Chas, discovering that Coco has been a wicked liar, angrily calls off the wedding. And when Angelica exposes Coco's wicked plan, her boss fires her, much to her humiliation. As Coco starts to storm out of the church, she notices the babies are on her dress, she furiously yanks them off in front of everybody! Angelica, furiously tells Coco that "Nobody messes with my dumb babies except me!" As Coco starts to leave in a huff, Angelica stomps on her wedding dress, causing it to rip and to have her underwear shown in front of everyone, including some people with cameras. Embarrased and ranged, Coco runs out of the church, ashamed as she turned red.
Coco is a wicked, cruel, selfish, mean, cold-hearted, obnoxious, evil woman who hates children, and lies about being engaged to a man with his own child. At the EuroReptar Company, Coco appears to be strict to her workers to get the show on the road.
Coco is a slender woman with short brownish-red hair, black eyes, dark red lips and pale skin. At the EuroReptar Company, Coco wore an indigo-purple business suit, a lime green dress shirt, an orange and green striped tie, green triangle-shaped earrings and indigo-purple shoes. While talking to Stu Pickles and her boss, Mr. Yamagushi, Coco wears an orange dress with a green zipper in the middle, clock bracelets on her wrists, a green skirt, green leggings, and green platform shoes with clocks on them. On her date with Chas Finster, Coco wears a purple turban, a purple dress, and purple platform sandals. On her wedding day, Coco wears a white peacock dress with green and purple leaves, and her hair is dyed purple.
