Mr. Grasping is greedy, ruthless, scheming and cruel to his workers. He, Toplofty, and O'Bloat hate Indians and lie to their workers about the Indians being enemies.
Appearance
Grasping is a tall and slender light-brown rat with gray thinning hair, white eyebrows and a black nose. And he wore a purple business suit, a yellow tie, a white dress shirt, white gloves and a black hat with a purple band. He also carries a cane. Mr. Grasping's tailcoat has two gold buttons in the back.
