Ms. Stout is the main antagonist of The Search for Santa Paws. She is portrayed by Wendi McLendon-Covey.

Ms. Stout is a horrid, cruel, evil, mean, rude, strict, no-nonsense, overprotective, hateful, cunning, abusive and selfish woman who treats kids very badly, and she confiscates their dolls and throws them in the furnace to burn them until she gets burned to death.

Ms. Stout is a tall and slender woman who has blonde hair with a French twist, blue eyes, pale skin and red lips. She wears a green blazer, a black shirt, a huge black rose on her blazer, a green skirt, violet eye shadow, a brown pantyhose and black high-heel slippers.
