Toplofty is one of the two secondary antagonists in "An American Tail: The Treasure of Manhattan Island", along with Mr. O'Bloat. He is voiced by the late Tony Jay who plays Lickboot, Judge Claude Frollo and Shere Khan.

Like Mr. Grasping, Toplofty is greedy and cruel.
Appearance[]
Mr. Toplofty is a fat mouse who has gray fur, a black nose, a buck-tooth, a huge dark gray curly moustache, eyebrows, and sideburns. He wore a dark red jacket, a white dress shirt, a yellow button-up vest, a lavender carvat, white gloves, black pants and a black top hat with a blue stripe.
