Verona is the tertiary antagonist of the 2004 film Van Helsing. She is the oldest of Vladislaus Dracula's three brides and act as the leader of the three. She is portrayed by Silvia Colloca.

BackgroundEdit

Verona was a vampire and the first of Dracula's brides, as well as his favorite. At some point afterwards, Dracula gained two other brides, Marishka and Aleera, who would serve him for centuries. At some point, Dracula took part in the creation of Frankenstein's monster, which he intended to use as a power source to bring his hundreds of undead vampire children to life. However, a mob assembled and attacked the house, setting it aflame, causing the monster to supposedly be destroyed. Verona, as well as the other brides, mourned the monster's apparent death.
